The southern stretch of our coast is pulling out all the stops this week, led by massive headline shows and non-stop resort entertainment.

Friday, May 22

The legendary Embassy Theatre in Skegness welcomes the greatest rock and roll band in the world, Showaddywaddy, bringing their classic, foot-stomping hits to the stage.

Butlin's Skegness officially launches its May Half-Term break with a blockbuster lineup featuring the official The Masked Singer Live stage show and the high-flying action of Maximum Pro Wrestling.

Over at Fantasy Island in Ingoldmells, Captain Jack's Showbar presents live music from the masterfully talented Chris Tame. Down the road at Club Tropicana in Chapel St Leonards, enjoy beautiful vocal harmonies from The Deci-Belles and 2inSYNC.

Saturday, May 23

Families will love the enchanting Buggin' Around puppet show at Captain Jack's Showbar, with two performances at 1:00 pm and 3:30 pm. Later that evening, the venue hosts Typically Tina, an all-singing, all-dancing tribute to the Queen of Rock 'n' Roll. Pop fans should head to Club Tropicana for Boyband Rewind & K-Pop Stars, while those who love a singalong can catch the weekly Karaoke Night at The Tavern.

For heavier sounds, Yardbirds Rock hosts an epic tribute battle: Fore Fighters Vs Cobain'd, pitting the best of Foo Fighters and Nirvana against each other. Meanwhile, the Cleethorpes Memorial Hall is hosting a stylish Community Fashion Show Fundraiser.

The festival atmosphere arrives early as the Cleethorpes Mega Fun Park rolls into the Meridian Showground, offering thrills and rides right through to the end of the month. Yardbirds Rock shifts gears to host the 30th Anniversary Warlocks Custom Motorcycle Show, featuring a massive ride-in display, live music, and stalls from 12:00 noon.
