- Email — to confirm submissions, claims and replies.
- Phone — only if you choose to provide it.
- Listing content you submit (business name, address, description, images).
- Basic site analytics (page views, listing views) via cookies.

- To process listing submissions.
- To verify and process business claims.
- To respond to your contact messages and enquiries.
- To improve site performance.
3. How It Is Stored
Your data is stored securely in our managed cloud database (Lovable Cloud). Payments, where applicable, are processed by Stripe — we do not store card details.
4. Sharing & Selling
We do not sell your data. We share only what's necessary with service providers we use to run the site (e.g. Stripe for payments, our email provider for delivery). Public listing details are visible on the site.
5. Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email us at info@triptock.uk for any data request.
6. Cookies & Analytics
We use:
- Essential cookies for session management and security.
- Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
7. Data Retention
We keep listing data for as long as the listing is published and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Claim and contact records are kept for support and audit.
