1. About TripTock

TripTock is a directory platform only. We list local businesses, caravans and events on the Lincolnshire coast. We do not provide any of those services directly, and we do not own, operate, manage or book on behalf of any business listed.

2. Accuracy & Availability

Listings are provided by businesses or users. We do not guarantee accuracyof any information on the site. Users must verify details — including opening hours, prices, availability and contact info — directly with the business before visiting, ordering or booking.

3. Business Responsibilities

Businesses listed on TripTock are responsible for their own listings and for keeping their information up to date. Business owners can claim their listing to manage details.

4. Featured Listings

Featured listings are paid promotional placements. They are not endorsements and do not imply that TripTock has verified or recommends the business. Payments for Featured placements are non-refundable once the listing goes live.

5. Content & Image Rights

You must own — or have permission to use — any images or content you upload.
We may remove content that infringes third-party rights or violates these terms.
You grant TripTock a licence to display submitted content within the directory.

6. Moderation

We may review, edit, hide or remove any listing at any time, for any reason — including spam, fake businesses, or listings with obviously incorrect information.

7. Liability

TripTock is not liable for any:

Incorrect or out-of-date listing information
Pricing errors
Availability issues
Loss of money or missed bookings
Business losses
Disputes with, or services provided by, third parties

Use of the site, and any interaction with a listed business, is entirely at your own risk.

8. Caravans & Events

Caravan listings: TripTock does not handle bookings or payments. All arrangements are made directly with the owner.

Events: details may change. Please check with the venue before attending.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the latest version.
