Refund Policy

1. What You Are Paying For
All paid placements on TripTock — Featured listings, promoted deals, homepage spots and similar — are payments for increased visibility only. You are not paying for, and we do not guarantee:
- Customers, leads or enquiries
- Phone calls, messages or bookings
- Clicks, impressions above a target, or any specific reach
- Income, sales or revenue
2. Non-Refundable Once Live
Featured and promoted placements are non-refundable once the listing has gone live, because the visibility you paid for has already begun. This applies to short and long durations alike.
3. Before Your Placement Goes Live
If you have paid for a placement but it has not yet been activated, contact us within 7 days at info@triptock.uk and we will refund the unused payment.
4. Listing Removed by TripTock
If we remove a paid listing because it breached our Business Listing Rules (e.g. fake business, infringing images, misleading claims), no refund is due for the remaining time.
5. Service Outages
Short outages or maintenance are not grounds for a refund. For a prolonged outage that materially reduces the value of an active placement, we may at our discretion extend the placement duration as a goodwill credit.
6. How To Request
Email info@triptock.uk with the listing name, payment date and amount. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
