Area Operator Terms

Last updated: May 2026

1. Independent Contributor

Area Operators are independent contributors, not employees, partners, agents, franchisees, shareholders or owners of TripTock. No employment, partnership, joint venture or agency relationship is created.

2. What Operators Can Do

3. What Operators Cannot Do

4. Admin Approval

Every operator submission is a draft only. TripTock admin reviews and decides whether to approve, edit or reject. Drafts are not live until admin publishes them.

5. Earnings & Payments

Any commission, revenue share or bonus arrangement is decorative until confirmed in writing by TripTock. Earnings tracking shown in the operator dashboard is informational. Actual payments — if any — are confirmed and paid manually by TripTock and may be changed or withdrawn at TripTock's discretion.

6. Content Rights

Operators must only submit information and images they have the right to use. Operators grant TripTock a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, edit and publish anything they submit.

7. Termination

TripTock may suspend or remove an operator at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these terms, abuse of the platform, or simply ending the operator programme in an area.

8. Liability

Operators act at their own risk. TripTock is not liable for any expenses, lost time, lost income or other losses arising from operator activity.
